Dr. Miller is a nurse practitioner with 29 years of experience and four board certifications, including adult-gerontology acute care, adult-gerontology primary care, family nurse practitioner, and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She has been teaching nurse practitioner students since 1995 and developed one of the first acute care nurse practitioner programs in the country at Hahnemann University in Philadelphia. She is a clinical professor with Drexel University College of Nursing and Health Professions, teaching advanced pathophysiology and advanced pharmacology. Dr. Miller is a fellow of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a frequent presenter during national nurse practitioner conferences across the country. She has published more than 30 articles in peer-reviewed journals on both clinical and research topics. Her clinical experience includes decades of experience across the lifespan in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings. Dr. Miller has served on numerous advisory panels and editorial boards.
