Don't let anything hold you back from becoming a succesful NP entrepreneur! Join #NNPEN on Friday, Feb. 7, in Phoenix, AZ, as we explore the Blueprint for Success for NP Practices.

Healthcare today is being challenged by a shortage of primary care providers, especially in rural and under-served areas. Nurse practitioners (NPs) can be the answer to filling the voids in this national shortage. This lends itself to putting NP-owned businesses in the spotlight.

If you already have an NP-owned business – or are thinking about venturing into your own business – get the blueprint to help you provide the care necessary to tackle the shortage issue. Accessible, affordable business models are now available for NP business owners.

Conference Description

This two-day conference is designed for those who want to learn strategies for planning and operating a successful and sustainable home-based primary care practice! Nurse practitioners, other clinical providers, practice managers and operations staff will enhance their knowledge, competence, and performance on operating the business side of an HBPC practice.

Topics covered include personal readiness, managing change, creating a budget, deciding whether to outsource business services, staffing models, geographic scheduling, documentation and coding, straddling between fee-for-service and value-based environments, a telemedicine-EMR users’ panel, and interactive exercises that put it all together.
