Kidfinity Pediatrics is a modern, physician-led pediatric practice located in Glendale, Arizona, dedicated to delivering exceptional, compassionate care to children and their families. We practice in a beautiful, newly renovated office designed to provide a welcoming and efficient environment for both patients and providers.

We are currently seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP-PC) or Physician Assistant (PA) with pediatric experience who shares our commitment to high-quality, family-centered care.

This is a part-time opportunity, with potential to expand into a full-time role based on mutual interest and practice growth.

Position Overview

As a provider at Kidfinity Pediatrics, you'll play a key role in delivering comprehensive pediatric care—from managing acute and chronic conditions to preventive health and developmental support. You’ll work closely with an experienced pediatrician and a supportive team in a collaborative, growth-oriented setting where your input and expertise are valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pediatric assessments, physical exams, and developmental screenings

• Diagnose and manage common pediatric illnesses, injuries, and conditions

• Provide education and anticipatory guidance to families

• Prescribe medications and treatments within scope of practice

• Accurately document visits in our EMR (eClinicalWorks)

• Collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver coordinated, effective care

• Participate in practice improvement initiatives and support a team-based culture

Qualifications

• Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP-PC) or
  Licensed Physician Assistant with pediatric experience

• Current, unrestricted license to practice in Arizona

• At least 3 years of pediatric primary care experience

• Strong clinical skills and clear communication

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
