Position Description

Location: Located in Western Arizona along the eastern shores of Lake Havasu. The city is situated in Mohave County, within the Arizona desert, and is known for its warm climate, clear skies, and proximity to the California border. Just about halfway between Phoenix, AZ, and Las Vegas, NV, making it a well-positioned destination in the southwestern United States with easy access to amenities offered by the metropolitan areas of Phoenix, Flagstaff, Las Vegas and Los Angeles.

Healthcare Organization: A not-for-profit organization seeking to promote, assist, and contribute to the improved mental health of the individuals, families, and communities in the surrounding area.

Opportunity: Seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

* Full-time opportunity working with both adults and child/adolescents in outpatient facility
* Schedule: Monday - Friday
* Average of 8-15 patients per day
* Initial evaluations are 90 minutes and medication check ups are 30 minutes
* Joining a group of 14 Behavioral Health Providers
* EMR

Compensation: This is a full time, permanent position. Starting salary will begin at $140,000 and increases based on experience, certifications, and licensure. Full benefits, paid malpractice and eligible for loan repayment program (HPSA: 17).
